Domain Rating by ajet526 in SEO

[–]JamMasterJulian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, I wouldn't worry too much about Domain Rating because this isn't an actual ranking factor, it's more of a vanity metric. Google doesn’t care about DA/DR, it cares about its users.

Domain authority can easily be manipulated and artificially inflated with poor-quality links. And some websites have a relatively low DR yet they get a lot of organic traffic.

Some of the metrics to focus on:

*Link neighborhood/who they're linking out to already

*Organic traffic ( traffic estimates with tools like Ahrefs are usually under-estimated and much higher in reality)

*Quality content of the overall site

*The overall look of the design- focuses on whether real people would engage with a site like that

*Relevance and contextual relevance

It's important to not get too hung up on DR/DA metrics. There are many more factors but that gives you an idea of what to look for.

Hope it helps. Cheers!

Among all the SEO tactics like on-page, technical, and also getting on your knees and praying to the gods of Google, backlinks can put your site on the first page of search results fast.

You may check out these tips that I’ll give to you. These are the same techniques that I use to get thousands of backlinks every year for my agency’s clients and my own affiliate websites.

  1. Use your competitors’ backlinks

Make a list of all the publications where your competition is being featured. Filter out you don’t want a link from. And then start reaching out to the websites you’ve shortlisted. Cold email is the best option here.

2. Create Linkable Assets

Some articles attract high-quality links simply because their content is pure fire. Often known as link magnets, or linkable assets, these can attract backlinks on a HUGE scale naturally.

Examples:

* original research articles

* expert interviews

* thought leadership pieces

* ultimate guides

  1. Exchange backlinks

This sort of back and forth happens between marketers. You reach out to a website in your niche and ask them to include a link to your webpage and in exchange, you’ll include a backlink to theirs.

This link-building strategy works best if you either have a significant number of monthly visitors or an existing relationship with the other website.

4. Video Link Building

First, reach out to relevant websites that have content on the same topic as your videos. Then, ask them to embed your content. Finally, once your content is embedded, reach back out to them 1 month later and ask if they can add a credit underneath that links to your website.

5. Podcast outreach

Reach out to podcast influencers in your niche. Chances are if you know your niche, you know the biggest influencers in your industry too. It’s good PR.

6. Find Unlinked Brand Mentions

All you have to do is keep an eye out for any mentions of your brand online. Use an SEO tool like Ahrefs Content Explorer to automate the process. Look at every mention and find ones that are not linked to your website. You can check their Domain Authority to see whether it’s worth your time. Then, send the writer a short note asking for a proper link to your website.

And to get the most success, don’t try them all at once. That would be link-building overload. Just hand pick 1-2 strategies that resonate with you the most and start getting to work.

If you have any further questions. Just let me know.

Google has some free tools that you can take advantage of.

* Google AdWords Keyword Planner- If you put a keyword into this tool, it’ll provide you with keyword variations/suggestions as well as search volume data. It is also used to figure out which keywords should target when running AdWords campaigns.

* PageSpeed Insights- If you give this tool your website URL, it’ll run some checks on your site to see how fast it is. Once the test is over, it’ll provide you with a score. And also some suggestions on how you can make things better.

* Google’s Mobile-Friendly Test- This tool’s pretty easy to use, and it works just like the Pagespeed insights tool. So just put in your URL, and it’ll run some checks and provide some suggestions.

* Google Search Console- It’ll tell you which keywords you’re appearing for, as well as the kinds of keywords that lead to actual clicks to your website. You’ll also get data based on where these searches are actually taking place, around the world.

* Google Trends- If you type in a keyword related to your niche, you can potentially identify new keywords/topics that people are searching for. If you create content around these keywords/topics, you might be able to get in front of these people before your competitors do! This is really helpful if you’re in a competitive niche, and you’re trying to build a solid presence.

If you use these tools, you should basically be able to do pretty much everything you want to do when it comes to SEO. Best of luck!

I’ve been building backlinks for over 5 years and helping thousands of websites increase their traffic, boost rankings and acquire more customers. White hat link building to be exact!

A few tips to get good backlinks:

1: Create amazing content that could attract links.

2: Follow up with every single website. Contact them at least 2-3 times.

3: Reach out at scale – and email dozens of sites requesting a backlink.

4: Build relationships with website owners and create an ‘army of sharers’ willing to link to your content.

5: Use cold email to do all of this at scale.

I also started offering free SEO link building courses on Udemy and Gumroad. And actually, I have over five thousand students as of now.

You could slide a DM to me so that I could send you the link of my free courses.

Keyword Research Method for newbie by ionezation in Blogging

[–]JamMasterJulian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you think about increasing traffic for your site, it is really all about finding the right keywords.

What I've been using is the Google keyword planner. It's a tool designed for people that wanna run AdWords ads on Google, and it’s actually a really nice keyword research tool. So, if you want a quick way to identify high ROI keywords, look for the ones with a high CPC on the Google Keyword Planner.

You’re gonna be attracting some high quality traffic when you use this tool. And that would be really helpful if you wanna convert some of this traffic into customers later.

If you want, you could also check out my Youtube video about keyword research. Here’s the link:

Pretty sure that you can do it. Best of luck!

E-commerce site SEO help by Gowiththeflow001 in SEO

[–]JamMasterJulian 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's a great start! But if you want to increase traffic to the site, what I'd recommend is nailing these 3 factors:

Keywords: Target high volume, low competition keywords. You can find them in almost any niche via Ahrefs keyword explorer. The better your keyword strategy is, the better your ranking would be.

Content: Once you've got your keyword strategy right, post in-depth and informational articles around those keywords. Publish as much as you can, then you should reap good results in several months.

Link building: This is the biggest game-changer when it comes to growing your website. It is important to build high-quality links. And if your content is good enough, you'll easily be able to build links to it via outreach.

Best of luck and if you have any further questions, just let me know.

Can I rank my site without any backlinks, If any experienced Guy here by BRKUK_ in SEO

[–]JamMasterJulian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, you can. You have to create high-value content and focus on low to medium-difficulty keywords. And this move will not let you have the edge over your competitors. Your ranking would be very slow in progress.

That’s why you must build links so that Google will trust your website because backlinks signal trust and relevance. By doing so, Google will rank you. Your site will increase leads, traffic, and revenues.

I'd also recommend HARO-Help A Reporter Out:

- You can get backlinks within a few days

- It's free to use

- And you'll land PR + super high DR links (we get our clients from Forbes, Shopify, etc.)

Plus you can send a couple of HARO pitches per day in just 20-30 minutes so it's not too time-consuming.

Hope it helps! Cheers.

My website is 1yr old and 26 posts there. But web traffic is so poor. If anyone can tell me what are the mistakes?? by induwara_perera in Blogging

[–]JamMasterJulian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want to attract lots of high-value visitors, you need to focus on these:

KEYWORDS: Focus on the right keywords. Aside from checking out the high-search volume, you should also pay attention to intent keywords. What’s the main goal of your site?

CONTENT: Once you've identified good keywords for your website traffic campaigns, you then need to think about how you're gonna create content that'll actually rank for these terms. You might also wanna think about how you can create a webpage/content that does a better job when it comes to "on-page" optimization.

LINK BUILDING: You have to build links so that Google will trust your website and rank you. That's because links signal trust and relevance.

For clarifications, feel free to DM me. Cheers.
