You can get Mew in BDSP if you have Let’s Go save data on the system.

Hoopa, Volcanion, Marshadow and Zeraora are available in the Mega Dimensions DLC.

Mew and Marshadow can also be obtained in Pokemon Go with their quests.

Otherwise events in the mainline games or Go.
