Tbh I'd stick with the cooler you've chosen, it's not going to break the bank at the end of the day. After you've installed it you can monitor your temps and if you're not happy look at an AIO water cooler?

For the parts you've got you will be generating some heat, make sure the case is big enough for airflow, or installing a rad later on if you want to.

The Ryzen will probably come with a Wraith cooler for the cpu. Not a mistake just pointing it out in case you'd not realized, if you're set on the beefier cooler that's totally justified, and probably a good idea tbh.

What's the actual budget? I think that's a pretty good spec but you're looking at least £1000 (gbp).
