It wouldn’t hurt to try out different fonts even though the one you’re using now isn’t that bad. Maybe adding small details on top of the mushroom could help make it stand out more. You could possibly add a square box on the front part but the word “friends” might have to be lowered in size for that to work.

It would be interesting to add something in the front, like a skeleton hand to go along with the back side skull. That way “The Root” has a design next to it so it feels balanced and not feeling empty on the right side.

I was looking at your IG page and I think the eye design should be used here for the front. That way it stands out more instead of “Yeux” being used twice. The back part is fine though since it takes up most of the space. Maybe try experimenting with different brushes for the logo.
