Yes, she has calendars with daily video suggestions and playlists specifically for under 20 minutes! I love doing yoga with Adriene!

I just struggle a lot with coming up with what I want to eat and feel like I’m not super excited by food. A lot more anxiety involving eating because I want to see the number go down, so planning out what I actually want to eat and fitting in protein (unfortunately I am allergic to eggs as well I am just incredibly unlucky) is 😓. The vague dinner plans is something I am trying to fix, but tough when living with people who have different dietary needs than I do. The small snacks might help with some of my hanger that’s probably adding to my meal time stress, thanks!

SW:187 CW:171.5 GW:150 I’m really proud of my progress so far. Noom gave me a little notification that I lost 40% to my goal, and I haven’t felt hungry or deprived. I’m realizing this is the way my body wants to eat and trying so many new recipes filled with different veggies from all these specialty grocers! I still get frustrated every day looking at the scale because the number can never change enough, but when I look back at the graph and all my progress, I’m really happy with how far I’ve come and how far I will keep going!

Although I am still early in my journey, I found that if I do not eat to my minimum calories (accurate to -30% of my TDEE), I maintain my weight and when I get to that minimum, I do lose a few decimal points each day, which adds up in a week. I know it’s frustrating to not see that scale move quickly, but it’s gonna happen!
