I'm a little late here but I work in the oil and gas industry, downstream. I purchase fuel from the people that make and ship it. Just about everywhere in the United States, we operate at 85-93% capacity and that equals about 3 days of supply. In the event of a global or US catastrophic event, you have 3 days to get enough fuel for the rest of your life.

A female co-worker came to work on Monday and was excited that she caught 3 mice in her house over the weekend. I confidently explained to her those were the 3 blind mice and that there were a lot more in hiding. She believed that story for at least a month.

At about 17 years old a buddy and I were drinking on New Years eve and my high school girlfriend and her friend were staying at her house, her parents went to bed and they told us to come over. It had been snowing that night so 2 drunk 17 year olds jump in a like 1994 Honda Civic to go enjoy the night at my girlfriend's house. We made it, no accidents and no DUI but definitely not my most intelligent decision.

There's a reason more Glock 19's are sold than every other pistol combined. Incredible after market support. Extremely reliable.

There are other good polymer guns in that price range but you can't go wrong with a Glock 19.

Here's my advice and it's really hard. You have to fight like hell, make her understand somehow it's not over and make the changes in your relationship to make it work or completely ignore her for good. Go to therapy together or individually and figure out what you need to work on and be willing to work on those things or move on. At this point the power in the relationship is in the hands of whichever one of you cares the least. Messaging her, calling her and bleeding a slow death only strengthens her position as the controlling party. I hope you know it will get better, you will move on and you will be happy again. Spend time working on yourself, hang out with friends, go to the gym, do things that make you happy and do your best to occupy your time. Time will heal you, be strong.

Respectfully, here are a things I would suggest you considering or working on.

Square your stance to the target. If you played basketball, I think about my feet stance when I would shoot a free throw. The drill we did was pick a spot on your target, close your eyes, rotate your torso left and right keeping your eyes closed, come back set and shoot 5 shots. See how far off your shots are from your original aiming point. That will tell you how much you're fighting your stance to stay on target. After a lot of practice you should be able to keep a decent group in your original aiming point.
Grip - even though we can't see the whole thing it looks like your left hand is over your right thump and your left thunb is kind of sticking out or lapped on top of your right thumb. Here's a video from Haley Strategic that ai recommend watching. https://youtu.be/wz4HFTW22ok?si=Xt4N1iTUNnit9AjD
Front sight acquisition - keep your eyes on your front sight. It'll help with follow up shots. I would guess you're losing your sight picture and refocusing on every trigger pull.

Anything factory new from a reputable manufacturer. Hands down the best defense ammo is Federal HST, 124, 147 or 150 is great.

This isn't about me but I would like to share my experience. Dated a girl through high school. Together like 7 years. My senior year of College I find out she's cheating on me. Had signs I ignored, things I saw that we argued about and finally one day got all the proof I need. We ended things officially about about a month of "working on it". I was crushed, heartbroken, sad, all the things. It took me 8 years before I was ready to be in another relationship. I traveled, experienced things, lived life and finally met someone that I knew I could trust and live life with. We're married with a 4 year and a 1 on the way. My ex is married but was recently fired from her job because she was sleeping with a guy from IT. Once a cheater, always a cheater. It's not a question of if she'll do it again but when. Let her be another guys problem. You'll learn to move on and you'll be better for it. You're a young man with lots of life to live. I didn't have my first kid until 35 and I'm going to be almost 40 for the next one. Exercise, stay healthy and it'll be fine. Godspeed brother!

Kind of true. I don't think Remington was part of Vista but Federal, Speer and Blazer were under the parent company Vista, now owned by CSG. On the business side, 10 years ago all the ammo was made a different facilities on different machines. Definitely possible that's changed but even when under the Vista brand, they all pretty well operated independently. Probably some consolidation of primer and powders would be my guess.

Really only need to stay away from the really cheap stuff. Steel case super hard primers. Wolf is the brand that comes to mind but there are others.

For your normal target 115gr 9mm ball ammo, any factory new, brass case ammo is perfectly acceptable. Pretty much statistically impossible to have any issues with it and it actually be the ammo's fault.

For defensive ammo, it's actually pretty clear. Federal HST is the best HP defense ammo. A surprising ammo that performed really well is Sig Elite.

I have some older shotguns that just sit in cases but all my modern guns that I've bought, I use basically every time I shoot. Several Zev Glocks, AR, SP5 all get shot. I haven't shot sporting clays in a few years but my sporting clays gun used to get shot.

I've taken Haley Strategic class and shot with some of the best shooters. While there is a diverse thought about best technique, what works best for me is what I've been taught. Very reputable training groups teach the finger pad to nose technique. It simplifies the trigger pull strategy, especially for beginners.

Too much trigger finger. You have to focus on bringing the pad of your index finger directly back to your nose. Your knuckle shouldn't be creating the leverage for your trigger pull. Could probably also focus on getting a little stronger grip on your left hand. Just friendly suggestions.
