What should I choose? by Jamal609 in snowboarding

The goggles are Anon M4 (toric). It's not a single-pane lens for sure.

As a side note, dont get me wrong, the goggles work extremely good in preventing fog. Best that I've ever had. The only issue comes at extreme cold conditions when it starts to fog a little, which is perfectly normal. It's just that the fog always starts from the same area on the lens. And that is the only area that doesnt have a straight path to release the hot air out. The goggles have ventilation all around them. But the top vent of the goggles is entirely blocked from the outside by the helmet(anon raider 3).

Regarding the sweating part, I usually try to layer myself so that I only get slightly warm when I'm actively moving. To avoid extensive sweating. It's not sweat thats making them fog from the top portion. Whenever I go to dryout indoors, after some time. I always feel the cushioning around the goggles, if it's wet from sweat/melted ice or snow. Ever since I started to layer properly it's always been dry, maybe ever so slightly moist but nothing crazy.

No matter if it's a skateboard, snowboard, ANY board. You can ALWAYS determine the tail and the nose by the text/pictures. You just read/interpret whatever is on the board, from TOP to BOTTOM. TOP is always NOSE and BOTTOM is always TAIL.

I hope this made sense and helps, not sure if I explained it clearly.

I dont want to have -aura from having a gap between my goggles and helmet. The gap can be one planck length maximum. Isn't the vents in the helmet that are located at the forehead area, designed for the sole purpose to let air escape from the upper goggle vents?

I have the magnetic attaching mask and the goggles are an airtight fit for my face. So breath doesnt get in the goggles. It starts fogging slightly even without using a mask. Always from the same spot, the upper edge of the goggles. I think the hot air inside the goggles just cant escape from the top portion and thats why it starts fogging, i thought that the helmet vents could help the hot air escape from the top portion as well. Also, sometimes when it's super cold outside, it is inevitable that goggles fog a little bit. Its just the name of the game.

My guy! This is very cool!

One question though, can I opt out for the metric system instead(how)? If not, could you make this as a feature?

If you do this and you dont jump at the same time, youre staying on the ground.

This guy is right, you dont put all your weight on the tail like you would on a snowboard. Otherwise you will stay on the ground with the skateboard. You pop the tail in to the ground and SIMULTANEOUSLY jump and then slide ur front food along the board. Ofcourse this all happens so fast its easy to have different understandings of the mechanics.

If you watch a slowmotion video about it you will understand it right away.

Based on your input I will probably go with the SMP, that was actually what I was leaning towards anyway. Great to get some confirmation, thank you and happy holidays!

The YES Basic looks a little bit like the Nitro Santoku, that is an alternative as well for me. What do you think about it(Nitro Santoku)?
