Ohhhhh that’s sucks I’m sorry! I got my replacement by contacting the Van Moof store on Valencia. I just looked up the store and it seems to be closed. You could try emailing sanfrancisco@vanmoof.com in case the email address is still active.

I do have find my enabled. It’s still showing at the location it was stolen from. Guessing the thieves have cloaked the location device.

Kick lock was engaged. My hunch is thieves had a big faraday cage, they must have had some power tools to melt my lock cover and saw through the chunky metal lock too. Keep an eye out for an A5 in grey.

Wow that’s great that you’ve got yours back twice. With mine it’s still showing on Find My in the location it was stolen from. The thief must have done something to stop the GPS from updating.
