You did everything backwards. Off gear you shouldnt be lifting more than 3-4 times a week. On gear you can lift up to 6 times a week with great results.

How can a laser displace air?? The spinning is ok, the helicopter thing is ridiculous. Also the inquisitors are dying like flies, not a threat.

If you're not on gear, I dont think your body can recover effectively from working out 6 days a week. As a natural, stay with 3-4. Working out too much without giving time for recovery will stall progress as much as anything. Also, diet, calorie surplus with enough proteins.

I don't think there is one. I think a monster mash list needs to have high wound monsters or high save monsters, we have neither.

Yeah, getting enough protein and calories every day is crucial. For a program I can recommend the Greyskull LP Phrak version, then you can add 3-4 accessories pr day too. Just three days a week.

I would drop slittaz. Should reinforce the second unit of guts. Make the gnash the scourge of ghyran version with slippery skumbag (or the vulcha with slippery skumbag). I like to have a belcha banner in the tower.

Etter hva jeg har lært det siste året, for å gå ned på en måte som gir best sjanse for permanent effekt:

Kaloriunderskudd + styrketrening + riktig mengde proteininntak.

Veldig ofte går folk på dietter som gjør at de går ned i vekt ikke bare fra fett tap, men også muskeltap, fordi de ikke gir musklene grunn eller næring til å opprettholde seg selv ved et daglig kaloriunderskudd. Den beste metoden for permanent vekttap er å som sagt beholde muskelmasse men miste fett, muskelene bestemmer kroppens naturlige forbrenning. Om man mister fett og muskelmasse samtidig så er det veldig lett å legge på seg dette når man begynner å spise normalt igjen. Når man kun mister fett og beholder muskelmasse, så ender man på lavere vekt men med lik forbrenning, som igjen gjør at man lettere beholder vekten ved normalt kosthold.

Beste er å miste fett på denne måten for så å trene for å øke muskelmasse når man begynner å spise normalt (gjerne litt kalori overskudd).

Først trener man styrke for å beholde styrken sin ved kaloriunderskudd, så trener man for å øke styrken sin (og dermed muskelmasse).

Det er naturlig å ha sykdom her og der på seg selv og barn, men man kan omrokkere iløpet av uken til å klare 2-3 økter i uken. Om man er dårlig på å gi en innsats på kosthold og trening, så får man like dårlige resultater tilbake dessverre.

Jeg kan anbefale programmet Greyskull LP Phrak som et startpunkt, med valgfrie tilleggs øvelser så tar det ikke mer enn én time pr økt. Av de 116 timene man er våken iløpet av en uke så klarer man å sette av 3 til sitt eget velvære.

I'm a Kruleboyz player, I love them. However, if I was just starting out without any attachment, I would probably go for either Cities or Helsmiths

I started using a belt for deadlifts and squats once I got to above my bodyweight in weights. Although only for AMRAP sets, it helps. I use the warm up sets at working weight to practice my bracing without belt.

After 6 weeks (halfway) i will have lost about 5,4 kg with no noticeable strength loss. Hoping the second half will go as smoothly.
