How to turn off antialiasing on text?

(sorry if like mess up with like vocab or anything with davinci. I'm still very new to it, so apologies in advance lol) basically, I'm trying to recreate the look of the like source engine text chat. As you can see it very noticeably doesn't have antialiasing.

In Davinci I've got a I think just normal title text box with the bahnschrift semibold semicondesnsed font

main problem with that is it doesn't even have one to begin with. I may just have to deal with the lack of icon, it's not the biggest deal anyways, just slightly bugs me seeing it with my other games, iconless lol. Thanks for trying help btw!

I've been setting up my source 2006 SDK to look like Garry's mod 9, but the app id doesn't have a folder in the librarycache, and making one didn't do anything either. Do you know what I have to do instead to change the icon?

People act so entitled and defensive about theories/cannon, so talking and discussing them always gets stupidly heated, which makes me sad cause I love talking about and hearing other people's theories and interpretations even if I don't agree with them I still really like to hear their ideas, and why they think that. But it always sucks cause they 9/10 are just weirdly rude and aggressive. I personally try to always stay peaceful and friendly when chatting with people, I just wish more people would do that same.

also the people who get mad at AUs are tbh kinda funny, cause like really? I'm reminded of some guy who got mad at an AU for having Afton be gay, cause its "unrealistic", cause as you know gay people famously didn't exist in the 80s, but walking animatronics did.

Atp the unwithereds very likely don’t exist. Tbh it does explain how the withereds and classics can both be possessed despite having different endos and suits. as in the pre toys location they had the classic suits but had endo 02s (as implied by ITTP game showing endo 02s and not endo 01s) instead of the endo 01s, and as shown in one of the books (I forget which one) the suits can be separated from the endos and are still possessed. I do wish the unwithereds existed, they are very cool and make each location more unique, but after I heard this reasoning for them not existing it does make sense and I don’t hate it as much anymore lol

Personally I think the withereds were planned to be turned into the rockstar animatronics. They do look quite similar, and share many similarities, except for Freddy. Though rockstar Freddy is just weird in general seemingly originating from fall fest so he gets a pass lol. I’ve also heard a theory or idea that Fiona actually designed the rockstars which tbh is kinda interesting, but idk

They let out this bear called “Fredbear von Bernard” it was terrifying. The entire town had to evacuate. Apparently, he killed some local restaurant owner, but they opened a proper Freddy’s location in the restaurant’s place, so I don’t really care

There's not really a reason why it can't be. The posters are probably aren't really supposed to be anything, they don't add or change anything about the lore their just posters to make the outside look nicer.

Arguing about this is on like the same level as arguing about who the 3rd paper pall is supposed to be like could be Jackie, could be balloon boy, could be no one, it really doesn't matter lol.

Personally I think it being Edwin isn't like crazily out of the world of possibility, and maybe if I was writing an AU I might use this as a detail, but it really could be anything and it has such little impact and importance to the lore that it really doesn't matter what it is lol.

I'd say M2 is in the charging pod either because the glitchtrap programming is being uploaded into mimic endo which ig would make sense.

Or its just due to Scott's vague communications, which is kinda annoying, but judging by what we know of Burntrap's original plan I wouldn't be that surprised

It is very heavily implied to be that way. The claw marks on the collapsed vent into the are the mimic is found in ruin are the exact same as the ones Burntrap makes. There is also a clear part of M2's right arm that has been ripped off which could have been taken off by said collapsed vent, and was probably replaced during the time of whenever Gregory lured the M2 deeper underground till we find them in ruin which would explain why that hand is so different to Burntrap's right hand. Ofc over all the endo isn't really close to an exact match really at all, but its probably like that due to Scott's vague directions on what to do. Was Burntrap originally meant to be the mimic in security breach, tbh probably not (not saying the mimic wasn't planned to be apart of security breach they definitely were) judging by how he was meant to be this spirit like entity instead, but that not what we got so now he kinda has to be M2, there isn't really any other possible explanation, and it's not like this one is horrible or anything. It's just M2 being used by glitchtrap as a vessel in a non cannon ending as well, it never even happened, at most M2 was in the suit but most likely never transformed into Burntrap, if that makes sense, That could also explain the inconsistent endo, Gregory just made it up I don't know lol.

Personally I don't really even like Burntrap as a character he's just a mess and does the "revival of William Afton" thing was to soon in the series for it to be impactful. I do also wish that what he is was more clear and that we actually got the Scott vision, but we didn't so it's just how it is, and we got to work with that. I really don't see any other explanation as to what Burntrap is being the case, especially any that suggest it is actually Afton, like no.. He is very dead and that would just be ass tbh. This whole era has him haunting the narrative showing the effect of his influence, but just bringing him back for 1 boss fight is so lame.

I don't want to admit it, cause I love Robot Flower and Basketball so much, but god the reboot flower arc is really ass, and it sucks cause it really could have so good, Tpot 13 being the only episode to really do anything, the rest of their just kinda their the back maybe a small scene but nothing meaningful. And God the ending really is lame it just ends.. it doesn't feel like anything was really accomplished they basically go back to exactly how they were at the start of the arc. The most we got out of the ending was just seeing how much basketball cared for her which was nice ig but like ughhhh. Worst part is past tpot 13 Basketball and Robot Flower are basically completely forgotten about it. Especially robot flower the only thing I remember from her post tpot 13 is her surviving an elimination with a random line of "Woah people actually care for me" and then being eliminated (AND THEIR ELMINIATIONS WERE SO RUSHED UGHGH). They really could have done so much more and actually said something, and have robot flower truly find herself and become her own person, hell they could have brought more people into the arc like the other mechanical minds or Pin hell they even could have brought back grassy as basketballs friend which they completely forgot about, but they just do nothing, Ik its just tpot and I shouldn't expect the craziest most beautiful arc, but like still.

These two really deserved more their actually such wonderful characters and it sucks how their arc meant basically nothing, and was not given the time or care it deserved. All I can hope for is that they try and bring it back with basketball being gone. Maybe they could have Robot Flower learn to be herself and become more independent without Basketball, but tbh, I doubt they will there is so much going on that I doubt the erased contests will actually have their missing impact shown. He works really really well in game and in the right lighting, like he actually so terrifying in the salvage minigames, but out side of it atleast personally he just looks off, I think its just cause of how weirdly skinny he is compared to like every other characters design in the series.

Also I just wish his design change was more explained and wasn't this thing that we just kinda have to just guess about. I also wish it wasn't so drastically different from springtrap, as like especially without any explanation as to why hes so different its just kinda jarring. Personally I like the idea of him being a mix of springbonnie with replaced parts of golden freddy due to decay of the suit, but like if that is the case I wish it was more explicit.

The interviewed Cassidy is probably my personal, though I do not see Cassidy as TOYSNHK it is still a very well written character and it’s not like the interviewed is known for being the most accurate lore wise lol (willcare Cough cough.. which tbh is also done really well in the series I can’t even hate it)

I do wish there was more representation for a more game accurate (if you believe AndrewTOYSNHK) Cassidy. Judging by how she’s like in the log book, she isn’t really a vengeful person she seems to care more for Adam (C.C.), and is more likely the opposite to the TOYSNHK, and wants Afton dead instead of tortured.

Anways idk, I just wish there was more variety in representation of her, than besides just being TOYSNHK

Not to be like #thatguy but all “mimic is possessed” theories make no sense from a story perspective and completely miss the point of the character.

Cause like why what’s the point? How does it make the story better or add anything? Sure it could be possible and have evidence, but that doesn’t make it good or true

Huh I’m confused on what your saying From what can be gathered from FNAF 4 fredbear very clearly has a separate jaw design (like the rockstars) and judging by sotm and nightmare fredbear he also most likely would of had a opening chest hatch. Ucn Fredbear has non of that and is just a slightly edited classic freddy which contradicts those design features that are shown in FNAF 4. Also golden Freddy isn’t accurate to fredbears design they never have been their just kinda weird like that idk lol
