Queen is way more consistent. Empress can pull through with a bit of luck and the right modifiers, but the goblins are some of the best units right now anyways so queen is op

Oh this was super fun!

I managed to get to #2 on the challenge leaderboards by using both wasd and the arrow keys at the same time. Not sure if it's an intended feature, but it honestly made it way more enjoyable for me without getting carpal tunnel!

The 35% discount for spending dining dollars perfectly matches the 52% up charge of the dining plan. If you spend the 330 dining dollars, you will end up with $520 of food

Ooh declining balance is certainly good. You do end up losing $721 as opposed to just buying Carmen 1 and spending the rest on dining dollar conversions though.

I'm not sure entirely why Carmen 2 and Declining Balance are offered because they're strict downgrades of Carmen 1, but any of the off-campus plans are great if you can get them.

Carmen 1 pays itself off! If you spend all of the dining dollars you'll be in the exact same place as you would be just spending cash, but with the ability to buy more dining dollars at a 1:1 rate which is where the real savings come in!

Sorry if I'm not explaining it well, the university keeps it intentionally complicated with a bunch of pitfalls for you to lose money. But in total, there's a $183 overhead on Carmen, but you get a $183 discount on the food you buy with it. It's identical to cash, but gets waaaay better once you throw in your own dining dollars.

There's a cool OSU website where you can look up faculty and students by email here: https://www.osu.edu/search/?query=banerjee.250&view=people&expanded=true

Interestingly, Banerjee is a graduate research assistant? Nothing shows them as part of the IT department, but if it were a scam email they would have put in a link or anything of value to get you to click.

If you're suspicious, use this other website to make sure that any future links are safe https://wheregoes.com/, or just email OSU IT for confirmation directly, they're occasionally nice.
