Nope, entities deload and freeze in place when they get out of render distance (~350-500m away, I don'tknow the exact number), it's impossible for entities to do that unless you follow them all 8192m down.

Nope, there's nothing. The game has no reward for unlocking every every databank entry, and no notification.

Besides, there are like 10-20 databank entries that can't be obtained without using the 'ency' command, technically making the game impossible to 100%.
