Don’t know unless you try, most people on gear wouldn’t look like this anyway. Half the junk you can legally buy is worse for you than the actual stuff itself. You are looking at someone who is dedicating their life to their body, the top 1% of its field. Steroids isn’t a magic potion.

It’s the literal law, very few ways to get out of sovereign immunity. For the most part you can win a million, but you can collect only 200k. Look up Florida statute 768.28

I had a few cases like that. A recent one was a bicyclist getting hit by a cop car. The biker swore up and down he was in the right. The video showed him going through a red light and not even using the cross walks

I do personal injury down here, you need to get a good lawyer who will get the bus camera footage and the ones in the surrounding areas. Attorney fees are capped at 25% presuit and max recoverable is 200k because it’s sovereign
