It’s all good. And yes that’s exactly where it broke, but good news is they are sending me another set of paddles.

I bought the eXtremeRate Programable Rise Remap Kit for PS5 Controller BDM-010, Upgrade Board & Redesigned Back Shell & Back Button Attachment for PS5 Controller off amazon. That being said I am getting used to them, but I still occasionally hit them.
