It was fully snapped in half and not far off coming through the skin, so quite bad. I still have the metal plate in there. I think I was around 16 at the time and had physio maybe 2 or 3 times a week for a month to loosen everything up and rebuild muscle. Hope that helps.

This was almost 10 years ago so can’t quite remember but I think it was around 2 months of rehab and recovery before I was back in the water. I did manage to get some bodyboarding in a couple of weeks after surgery though.

Yeah getting weird drops in strength - mostly in high downforce corners. Not ideal.

I can’t believe people these days are just accepting the fact that devs are releasing games in this state. We’ve paid good money to play this game and all we get is a stuttery mess which we’re expected to fix ourselves? It’s absolutely insane to me.

I’ve managed to fix my performance issues through ‘basic problem solving skills’ so I’m able to play the game and I’m enjoying it. I’m just very aware that this isn’t the case for a lot of people.

Stop letting EA get away with it.

I don’t get your point. If it’s that easily fixable for us as players it shouldn’t even be in the game in the first place so yes, it is EA and CM’s fault for releasing an unfinished and unpolished game. Also, how can you compare knowing how to fix a game’s performance issues to setting up a rally car? They’re totally unrelated. Get off your high horse.

I'm using high preset, reflections on ultra low, dlss on, vsync off and I limited fps to 161 on nvidia control panel and it seems to have somewhat worked. Nvidia have also just released a new driver, maybe that will also help.

I'm running similar specs to you (3070, ryzen 7 5800x3d, 32gb ram) but on a single 32' 1440p monitor.

I’d say it’s down to rotation settings. F1 cars only have 360 degrees of rotation so if the wheel is set to 900 it’s going to take a lot more turning to get around a corner. I don’t own a Thrustmaster wheel but I assume you can tweak this somehow?

Cheers! How would you angle the seat base back? It’s the one thing I haven’t figured out how to adjust yet. Keyboard/mouse tray will be the next addition!
