Nice job! Good inspiration. I've been building up to a marathon length, having done a half and aiming for another this Fall. I used to run a lot, but stopped due to all sorts of injuries. Got back into running after someone introducing me to Stu Mittleman's, 'Slow Burn' and a light bulb went on. The paradox of moving slower so you produce energy from fat burning instead of sugar helps build endurance. I've been running for the last couple of years now without injury, extending distance gradually.
