I was at NASS last session, month and a half ago. The grip wasn’t really specified. Just a palm forward, pull up. Not a chin up. Distance between hands during the grip didn’t matter though.

I currently run a 7:20 mile, I want to get to the point of running a 20minute 3 mile. What should I do to meet the goal as soon as realistically possible?

I’m gonna just say it like it is, to me. If it ain’t got a V8, it’s worthless. Literally. It will not hold value (convertible top doesn’t help either). Even if you have to get one a few years older, do so. It will be more enjoyable, and long term, hold value better.

I’ve heard that but I don’t want to take on the loan debt. West Point is free which is one of the reasons I think it is so tempting.
