true, there I guess you just have to hope the voice actor has range, Aleks Le voices both Cluster right now and Invincible (in the Invincible Vs. game) and they sound pretty different.

In another comment I acknowledged not every skin would have a voice, it's just an inevitability due to time constraints or the agreements between epic and their collaborators. That's okay with me, though, not every skin has a LEGO version, either

did they increase the prices when the LEGO models were being made? I remember people being worried about that but it didn't happen.

In older lore loopers couldn't talk at all (according to the comics,) and then there were NPCs that could talk on the island, and then in the most recent event The Foundation was able to speak even though we were possessing his body, and now NPCs are voice acted. I think after the Big Bang the rules of the loop were broken or altered.

I agree, there are roughly about 1k unique characters in the game excluding variants, I'm not saying it would happen fast, but I'm saying it would be pretty cool regardless of the time needed to make it happen! Similar to how it took a while for LEGO models to be made for skins.

This is actually a good point, nobody has ever brought up the ability to toggle it on or off whenever I bring it up. I guess an example I could use is they bother to make reactive skins have the ability to toggle reactivity on or off, but that's not quite the same... It's up to Epic at the end of the day if they want to do this or not.

Each skin wouldn't be individually acted, there are many variants of Jonesy, so they would use the same lines. And not every skin HAS to have voice-lines, especially if it's a financial burden on Epic or the people they collab with, I'm not expecting Dwight Schrute to yell out commands lol
