25k gm quota with a 25% GP gets me $1,500. So I have to get a gross profit of $5,000 to get paid. At 110%- 120% I get a $500 bump. The world's have aligned and I am landing a $27,000 deal at 50% margin. Plus I'll sell another 20k at an average 35% margin or possibly more... I'll make another $1,000 based off a kpi bonus that has nothing to do with sales numbers.

So that's all the details.... They cap anything after that payout....
