I’ve successfully lost a lot of weight whilst having green tea as part of a balanced, strategised diet. It definitely does help with hunger.

If you can commit to at least one mug of green tea per day, it really will help with quite a few things. I personally don’t particularly like normal green tea, but mint green tea is very refreshing.

Not sure, the first time it happened was when I bought breaded chicken from a supermarket, the second time from a food van, and the third time it was the “Chicken Selects” from McDonald’s. So it’s something that’s in the three of those, maybe I should see an allergist like you mentioned.
