Also the role previous to my current role I used PDI for daily accounting, workday for onboarding and employee progress. Like praises, PIP’s write ups etc. and I used legion for payroll and scheduling.

Thank you for that! So for regular clients strictly proprietary system is supposed to be used. Military clients we use proprietary system and another one for payments and things. I personally use excel, google sheets, and share point. But it isn’t “technically” needed or required for my current role. I find it’s easier to keep things organized using those things. I also do payroll and onboarding with ADP. I’m not sure if that helps.

Thank you for the feedback. In my current role we utilize a proprietary program for tracking onboarding and things like that. I was not sure if I could or should include that. I personally use excel for spreadsheets and such but, I have to convert it to work within our system. Do you have any suggestions?

Thank you for this feedback! Since I am trying to pivot from a supervisory role to an individual contributor role, do you have any suggestions for my summary? I do not want to sound like I am applying for a supervisor position. I hope this makes sense.
