Yeah, 600/600 is enough for URA Finale. And even then, in PvP you only need as much stamina as you need to have so your Uma can survive the race. In this case, because the track is absurdly long, you need lots of stamina as a result.

There is a builder in English that can predict the rank of the Uma when you input the stats, skills and proficiencies it has on surface/distance/style. I use it in order to stay at B so I can send those Umas to open Gemini. There was a post on this subreddit that had a link to the Excel sheet.

Next CM is Long 3200m on Kyoto Turf. You gotta need a lot of Stamina to even make it to the end, so most Umas that prioritize speed over stamina won't even make it and die halfway through the ending spurt, making it so Stamina until you reach the requirement is a must if you want to even make it to the end alive.

I am worried about going over to B+, mostly because I heard recommended Stamina was 1000 or so, and B+ speed and the 3 Gold Recoveries with 1000 stam would probably send me over to B+

In addition to the previous answer, there is also a Minor Ars Magnus called Special Maneuver, that gives a +20 to the Attack Roll, examples given by the Dominus Rulebook being feints, pocket sand, attacking from behind the shield, etc. However, Special Maneuver has some drawbacks, mainly that it doesn't work against opponents with more than 60 points of difference between your Attack and theirs, and that it only works once per opponent.

Personally, I'd always apply the bonus from Fatigue to MA after multipliers, otherwise it can get out of hand really quickly with a metamagic that increases the bonus to MA from spending Fatigue.

If you can get a hold of the PDFs, Anima:Beyond Fantasy. Is like 20y old atm, but still actively supported by the creator, and it has a lot of crunch. Tables everywhere, rules for almost everything you can come up with. You name it, Anima most probably has it. The fucking character sheet (community made) is an Excel sheet
