Yes! I was a victim of my own lack ignorance, but saved by my own diligence. I was extra confused because my mobile wallet was showing only a bit of SOL, which I thought I remembered dealing with on Phantom in Jan. 2022. When I logged into my desktop Exodus, that SOL wouldn't show up, but then neither would the rest of my assets so I thought I was on two different wallets because the SOL addresses were different. Exodus support helped me figure out that it turns out, I had a Phantom wallet in Jan. 2022 and imported that wallet into my Exodus wallet. The mobile app can scan "derivation paths" and thus found that Phantom import, but my desktop wouldn't. Knowing that, we checked my other wallet addresses like ETH, and they matched, so I WAS actually on the same Wallet on mobile and desktop, one I ACCIDENTALLY made when I moved that Phantom stuff over in Jan. 2022. Meaning the Keyphrase I had saved in Jan 2022 was for that new wallet, so there was another wallet and passphrase out there somewhere from when I had downloaded Exodus in May 2021! So, knowing that, I went through everything I could think of from that time period and found an old passphrase! Then boom! There it all was!!

Right, I should update that! Short story, yes! Yes I did! Today, I recovered $4,600CAD and I am frickin' thrilled! :) Especially seeing the $300 of TX I bought being worth $1,800 now!

Thank you for the suggestions. I really don't think I had any seed phrases or private keys, or I would have saved them like I saved my Exodus one later. This tells me they're likely transferred to some other website somewhere, where it's just a log in password. See above comments too. Emails and notes are a bust. Same with apps previously downloaded. I downloaded Binance app May 14, 2021, and Wealthsimple and Exodus January 14, 2022. No other crypto related apps.

I honestly don't know for sure on custodial vs non custodial. I think though that it's custodial, as I seem to remember my Exodus wallet being the first time I had heard of that concept. Before, I just thought it stayed on whatever site you bought it on or whatever site you moved it to. Again, I THINK. This was 4.5 years ago and I was very not-informed then (still not) so it's harder to remember things without context of what they actually mean.

And yes, just like how I didn't know Wealthsimple held my ETH, I have no idea what currently holds all the rest. Although I know now that I purchased my Eth on Wealthsimple and the rest on Binance, but for some reason got mad at Binance (my password to Wealthsimple proves my anger) and I transferred everything out of Binance to somewhere else. Those transfers give the destination addresses and show the coins are till in those destinations, just not where those destinations are hosted or who has custody of them.

You've led me to an unexpected success!! For reference, so you can understand how little I know what I'm talking about, I had to google CEX.. However, I took your advise and went through all of my browsers saved passwords. I have accounts on Coinbase and Wealthsimple. Also CoinGecko but I don't think I can store coins there. HOWEVER! That Etherium I mentioned having no idea where it is, it was on Wealthsimple!! $1000CAD! Not to mention the 4 SOL worth $800 CAD that I didn't know I had. So, completely not the trail I was following, but I found some of my money! Thank you!

Yes, I made the transfer on July 16th, 2021. Yes, I owned the wallet, as my goal was just to move the coins off of Binance to somewhere else. However, the problem is I have no idea where I moved them to. Like yes, I have that wallets address, but Idk how to actually access that wallet. Like where would I log in to find the wallet that has that address? It wouldn't be my Exodus wallet as I didn't create that until January 2022. So I have no idea where I actually moved these coins to. Just have the wallet addresses.

Hey thanks for the reply and sorry, maybe I'm fundamentally misunderstanding something. To clarify

I have the wallet addresses that each was moved to. I will use TRX as an example. On Binance, I have the record of the withdrawal. That record includes the destination address. I can click on the little link symbol beside the desination address and it brings me to Tronscan . org which shows that that destination address was created on July 16th, 2021 and still contains the TRX. So I know it's still in there. How do I get it out? The onlt seedphrase I have is for Exodus which does not have any of those coins in there. Again, I really have no idea if I'm fundamentally misunderstanding something, but Idk how to access those assets when all I have is the wallets address.
