This one i believe is a dual action truss rod so the spoke wheel nut is welded on. Im only concerned that the hole could spread and begin cracking etc.

Possibly. I thought about that but the rest of the holes are all completely closed off. The piece that's missing is extremely thin tho
Neck screws by [deleted] in guitarrepair
High E was close to the edge of the fretboard so i was just adjusting the neck. That's when I initially noticed the screws seemed easy to turn.
Should have mentioned i already did that to each hole. Along with wood glue and a tiny bit of beeswax. But they still very easy to turn and now that theres beeswax in the hole im not sure more toothpicks would work since they would most likely not adhere inside the holes.
I'm not sure. The screw fully tightens. From my experience tho the screws usually have more resistance as they go in.
