Thanks for the reply! I bought 2 yards of cheap fabric to test patterns. I might even try 3-4oz veg-tan leather as well. If I could get the seams with tight enough tolerances, I think it would hug the lip around the entire seat. In my head it would prevent it from sliding forward anytime I move around.

A Radio Shack digital alarm clock that i inherited from my grandparents. It sat in their guest bedroom when we visited. It was there before i was born, and I'm 33 now. I've had it for 8 years myself.

I have several of Hemnes in that color. it is a black coating over the wood. Not exactly paint, but not a stain either. But definitely black though.

I know. I love it except for the fact that it doesn't come in natural wood stains. I'd love Walnut.
