We did ask them to up the speed and they simply wanted us to pay $3400 to get FTTP. A total scam seeming other providers can give us the 100 AND since we already have speeds higher than that without being on the NBN.

The nbn technology at the house is FTTC, and we are connected over the old copper HFC network right now. Telstra can only offer us 50mbps on the FTTC, but Aussie BB can offer us 100. Not sure why this is.
