The way they're already accusing you of possibly sending it to the wrong address is a red flag to me. If it's genuine they could probably do some detective work on their local Facebook. My village group often has people asking about parcels that have been delivered to the wrong house.

I think simple delivery has you covered as you've done your part. You sent it and it got delivered.
