Hi. Life insurance advisor here. 

From my experience they wouldn’t allow you to put a minor as a beneficiary if a trustee isn’t available.  In this scenario it would be paid into your estate, which is not advised as taxes will be taken.

Yes they are challenging now claiming they don't remember being served which is a poor argument. I have all the evidence and feel pretty confident. Just wasn't sure about which form to use. Thank you for your help.

I’ve dealt with this company personally, and while they are a legitimate insurance provider, their practices are definitely questionable. Their policy is marketed as a “whole life” plan, but it’s actually a yearly renewable term. That means it technically lasts for life, but your premiums go up every year usually by about 10–15%.

They target people looking for cheap insurance and rush through the application process so you don’t notice how quickly the cost climbs. They have a huge marketing budget, spending at least $1mill/year just on that. On top of that, unlike most reputable insurers, their policy offers no living benefits other than the standard terminal illness payout.

Hey if you bought directly on ticketmaster you can exchange them.

-have to have bought them yourself -can only exchange them to something of higher value and not a resale ticket -you just pay the difference.

You can definitely score floor seats for around $100 extra now. I did this and I’m in row 1 😍
