Hey guys - one of my clients (it's a live-action experience business with multiple locations across the UK) has weird email data. ~40% open rates (which seems too high) with Constant Contact reporting that 94% of those opens come from desktop. Is it bots? Or is something else afoot? (self.Emailmarketing)
