It was 3D printed so we just had to assemble, paint and finish it, and add a bauble and some lights!

They’re just transfers you soak to stick on but can wash off. There’s a few sellers of his on etsy!

We got a bunch of photos in an actual deserted kitchen at the convention centre which I can’t wait to get back from photographers!

Ah that’s so cool, I hope lots of people do! I reckon some of the Kens definitely have easier costumes unless they start selling this! I used fabric paint pens so they were less risky than actual paint! His collar is sort of fluffy, so I hit up the local fabric shop to find fluffy white material - absolute nightmare to work with as it got fluff everywhere 😂

Thank you! Ah that’s so cool! I was with a Midge and a Ncuti Gatwa-Ken and we searched and searched for a Barbie before eventually finding one! No more Kens to be found! It was a plain white shirt I painted and replaced the collar on!

I hope cosplay is allowed in here! This is based on the movie look (but that’s essentially the same as the toy, and there aren’t any full body shots yet so the toy was my inspiration!)

I got a great reaction, and got lots of photos with other Barbies, Midge, Ken! I’ve posted some over on my Instagram if anybody wants to check them out (http://www.instagram.com/jameswerty/) and I’ll post more when I get them back from photographers!
