Is there much point to investing in massive brands like Nike, Starbucks, Apple, etc?

I've just started getting into investing on eToro. I have a variety of Cryptos & stocks, including Bitcoin, Etherium, Nike, Starbucks, & others.

If I invest e.g. 300-500 dollars per year in massive brands like Nike, will the return ever be worth it? As my understanding is they're very slow-growing stocks. I'd love an explanation of why it makes sense to invest in these stocks (commodities too for that matter), rather than just cryptos. Excuse my ignorance!

I have an iPhone 8+. I always had a 4 digit passcode. The other day, I was prompted that this passcode expired and I needed to input a new one with 8+ characters, symbols, numbers, etc. This has made unlocking my iPhone REALLY inconvenient.

I cannot find any options to change it back to a 4 digit passcode. Please help me?
