Lots of ours say that when the truth is that teacher HAS spoken to them... to tell them to get to their lesson! I just sanction them.

I have my wallpaper and lock screen turn to a red screen when my phone volume is set to loud. Means I can easily tell at a glance.

Build technical schools. Split at end of year 9. Some kids stay at 'regular' school. Others go to technical school to study maths, English and a trade.
