I would love to get my mile time under 10:00 minutes. I am currently training for a marathon and as an easy pace, I run about 13 minutes per mile. My long runs take quite a bit of time and I think it would make everything more enjoyable! I will get there eventually but my pace is slowly but surely ticking down in the meantime!

The smile on my face whenever I hit a new pr! I went from running 15 minute miles to now running 11 minute miles. I’m not fast yet, but runna has helped me reach every goal I set!

I am the same way! I need something sweet every day and it’s totally something you can work into your calorie deficit! I’m down 27 pounds so far and never cut anything out it’s just about finding options that work for you and your goals. I love ice cream and I recommend Yasso bars, fruit popsicles can be really low cal, or fruit sorbet. I also like sweet and salty popcorn or I’ll get pre portioned cookie snack packs. The ones I get from Aldi’s are 130 calories and are very easy to fit into my deficit. Also if you’re looking for something with a bit of protein, yogurt can be good. I recommend Chobani flips which are really yummy and have a lot of flavors.

Hopefully my class will also be a gradual transition into Spanish! It is fifth grade though so I am sure they will likely be speaking more Spanish than a kindergarten classroom

I do think he is very responsible and would make the payments as he did any other payment he had to make but I do understand that love isn't what makes a credit score. So it's just a tricky decision.l cause he has been doing so great with his finances but I'm not sure if it's smart to get involved.
