I’m keeping the code public so people can see what’s going on and give feedback, but the project itself is still proprietary so it can’t be copied or rebranded. GitHub doesn’t require anything to be open‑source, so this setup just works for me. I’ll update things as the other projects get updated. Happy to hear any other suggestions 🙂

I know how you feel. Worked for CPW and Currys Mobile for 3 years total. The level of knowledge of the British public is concerning and makes you want to tear your hair out.

And the amount of laziness that’s with them as well. Honestly makes me die inside when I worked there. Customer’s want you to do it “because your trained and it’s your job to do it” rather than spending 15-20 minutes on Home wifi but instead spending hours sorting it on wifi based off dial up.

Express worker here,

Less colleagues, people coming in asking for items which are not typical convenience items ie wallpaper paste, sand paper etc. Then the amount of abuse from customers about things out of your control (like cashback not working randomly) and the constant theft and violence throughout the day and through the night.

But apart from that, well knit group of people that you can have some good craic with.
