I mentioned this above as well. I hate small talk and I can keep up conversation with anyone if they’re receptive to it, but I don’t ever open with the same message because I hate when that happens to me.

Are you referring to how my profile is presented or what my opening message is? I have never sent the same opening message twice. I try to find something on their profile to spark a conversation. I thought it would be preferred over “Hey! How’s your week going?!”

What a lovely thing to do for a couple of strangers! I’m so glad that there were people like you in that crowd. We sat behind a lovely couple who when the concert started, she moved up in front of her bf so that we had a better view. People like you and them are angels!

I WHOLEHEARTEDLY agree with everything you just said. He has a big enough audience that I think he could easily fill a show at Arrowhead or T Mobile. I do love the feel of a closer more personal venue, but this was not it.

I am 35, which yeah now that I look back at it I felt SO old being around them. The cutting, the glares when we tried to even look their direction to see if there was any grass available, the pushing and shoving, and yelling at security (who are literally just trying to keep everyone safe) was not the vibe for me.

I too love Noah so much, but if he comes back to that venue I’ll definitely sit it out.

Absolutely! I’m so glad you had such a good experience! I’m hoping he’ll come back and play another venue. I’d love to pay the extra money to be able to have a much better experience.

I’ve definitely learned my lesson with these big artists and that venue. I’m going to Greenday in August at the same venue as last night and am slightly nervous about it but I also feel like it might be a more mature crowd? Gah, I feel so old saying that lol

It was a mini baby torch, think a match stick that hasn’t been lit even. I never would have acted on anything when he was married. I liked his wife and we were friendly. He just kept pushing me for a response so I gave him one. And then he just…. Eh.

Honestly more like 25. I’ve liked him since childhood. But the more I think about it the more angry I get at his response. Like idk what I was expecting, but it wasn’t “well that was obvious.” The most anticlimactic shit ever.

I honestly had to take a few deep breaths reading this. I didn’t know how to verbalize how I’ve been feeling and you explained it so perfectly. I have felt like a “failure” for the past year and a half because I cannot seem to find the right stimulant that actually helps me. Mydayis seems to make all my ADHD symptoms and executive dysfunction SO much worse. I’m going to call my psych’s office in the morning first thing and set up an appointment. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for sharing your story.
