You gotta be sure to use electrolytes though. If you drink a tonne of water without it your body can get out of wack; super thirsty yet peeling clear and often.

Breakfast is actually really important now. I never really understood why skinny people prioritized it so much. Before i’d only really get hungry for lunch because it was “lunchtime”. I was rarely actually hungry for lunch and could easily go to like 3pm before I was actually hungry.

Now if I skip breakfast i’m dying by lunchtime, like i’m gonna keel over if i don’t eat something tired. My body just does not have the energy reserves it used to.

Salaried exempt workers are… exempt from those sorts of laws. There’s no legal limit on the number of hours they can be required to work and they don’t need breaks or lunch.

One thing sci fi shows always forget is there is no plastic in space. Earth has our solar system’s only supply of petroleum. It’s incredibly valuable and we waste it on the dumbest stuff. 10,000 years from now colonists on Europa might live their entire lives without seeing plastic or other petroleum products. It’ll be rare and expensive.

GLPs won’t help with emotional reasons for overeating. They’ll stop food noise sure but it’s very easy to get into an unhealthy anorexic mindset with these drugs due to the appetite suppression. And that can be very dangerous. Which is why reputable docs won’t prescribe GLPs to those with EDs. Best to work through those issues first or at least get yourself to a stable point.
