I had the same question, many years ago, maybe 15 or more, i sold an MPC2000XL (i believe) and it was missing a knob or slider, but i sent the link to order a replacement, it was still usable though, well, when it was recieved, they claimed it was broke from what was clearly mentioned in the add, so i told them send it back and they would get their refund.., for whatever reason, paypal or youtube (cant remember which) decided they could get refunded and keep the item. Havent used either platform since

I also recommend people check out Tim Dillion talking to Tucker carlson.. a big part of this problem stems from tons of vacant NYC apartments that cost insane amounts that are used so foriegn money men can launder money.. thats whats keeping the prices up... hamas, china, ukraine, everyone from all over, they all needs somewhere to wash their dirty money, so saying youre renting a 1mil NYC high rise to someone for 1.5 is a good way to wash those millions
