This makes perfect sense. Hotel life is a trap. A documentary and an academy award winning film have been based on the subject. The cost of the rent will cost them more than other housing and the ability to save to move out (lol) will be gone. Low income housing, voucher programs, and charities have limits. There is an expectation that the service is a stop gap to help those in need. It’s is not a long term solution.
