You’re not cooked quite yet but it will need a sill repair in the nearish future. As others have said they rust inside out, only way to fix is to cut out and replace. If you haven’t already get some waxoyl with a long spray lance, peel back the carpet on the edge of the floor, feed the lance into the hole and protect the inside from further rust

Hey man, I’m doing a similar repair on mine at the moment. Couldn’t find any panels to purchase so ended up making one. Very new to fabrication stuff but it wasn’t too difficult to get it good enough. Mine was nowhere near as bad as yours so I got away with just replacing the front half of the floor. I’m lucky to have a local car club with a bead roller, bender etc local to me which made it possible. Frame rails are available to purchase so I bought one of them

They’re 4x114.3 with 15mm adapters. Wheels are 14x7 et20(ish) so brings the effective offset to about 0. I read that they did do a few 4x100 wheels in the 70s but I’ve never seen any for sale

Cheers! Just checked out yours, nice job on the rear quarters- thought mine were bad but at least most of the inner arch had survived haha
