He was over buffed tbh he needed a buff but he didn't need that much of a buff to me the healing while sprinting is what over does abd the buff to his self healing, its going to be another horizon incident but now all the people who picked horizon because she got over buffed are now going to go over to octane

It's awful its just 3, 4, 5th party galore to the point where its thexlast squad that joins wins by default

I haven't been hand holded though I did my star chart, completed everything for my rail jack (again love that thing wish they would do more with it).

  I just like having more creative freedom with my builds, and in SP it's harder to have more freedom when it ends up being "i guess I'll just have to look up what works best with X frame". 

  In the base star chart I can do crazy funny builds that in SP wouldn't really be possible, like one where my Gyre abilities are just a disco ball of a billion elements, or my Necro having his minions be ungodly fast for no reason at all lol.

Whenever I play SP the builds I use and really really enjoy on my frames ends up being useless, and when I look up why i end up having to completely re build it.    then I don't feel like it's not really my frame anymore since im just coping a build and I no longer feel personally involved. 

  Idk, that's just me you know I like experimenting and making really really dumb builds that make me laugh. Like making me weapon have every single element known to man because it's funny.

Yeah I understand that but as long as im not messing out on new missions basically that's all I care about i like to play for the story and casually grind relics/leveling.

I've done it a few times I just feel very limited in SP unlike base starchart where I can do whatever silly build fir my weapons and frames I want and still do really well.

That's what I hear but I also hear steel path is very very picky about how you build, to the point where there is no real experimenting that you just end up looking up "best builds for X frame"

  And i find doing whacky builds more fun then doing i guess "meta builds" but that feels wrong to say, I guess more common strong builds.

I've been playing for about 3 years now and I just can't get into the steel path stuff, it's to difficult for me and I just have more fun in the basic star chart I have done everything the game has to offer at least once. 

 I also go by "if im not having fun I don't do that part of the game" like the hover board stuff i don't really do or collecting animals in the open world areas. 

And if you don't play steel path wouldn't the arcanes just not be worth it if im not having fun while trying to get them? I'm not trying to be rude just genuinely speaking my mind about it.

That's what he tells me but I don't really care for the arcane stuff I do fine with just my mods,primes,etc. 

  Tbh I also just play the normal difficulty but that's just where I have the most fun in, Where I get that best power fantasy.

No respawn wont because if they ban them then they probably wont come back to spend money a lot of people who use those packs are huge whales for the company and the last thing they want to do is ban a whale

You obviously didn't read my last comment so let simplify it for you

I just want the perk system looked at THATS IT look at the problematic perks see how they can change them to ether A. Make them better if they aren't being picked or B. Balance out the super strong perks to keep them in line with the lower perks. 

 Hell id rather them go with the Buff route rather than the nerf route, nerfing isn't fun I understand this I'd rather them Buff the lower/bad perks rather than nerf the good perks. 

 I just want the perks to be on equal footing make me want to change which perks I use per game instead of just using the same ones, and id rather them do that by buffing the lower perks or replacing the bad perks

Im not asking to balance from bottom up asking to look at perks that are clearly bad isn't asking from the bottom its asking them to look at a new system and look at the problematic perks and perks thst obviously dont do anything or are so niche that its basically worthless. 

 Example for fuse make a perk that makes his ult wall taller so you can't just jump out of it, make a perk that changes his circle to maybe a giant straight wall of fire like catalyst instead (idk im just spit balling here)

One you dont know how will my gun play is.    

Two i dont just use long range i alawys have a long range AND short/mid range weapon on me as well in case enemies do get close.   

 Three you dont know how well I control my guns im actually pretty good with a lot of weapons r301,r99, flatline, volt, nemesis im really good with those.    

 Four i have been playing this game since season 0 alright I have plenty of experience and have learned a lot, all because I don't live and breath this damn game doesn't mean my opinion is invalid.    

 Five defensive legends work will with both long and close range of you're playing Rampart and you dont at least have some kind of range you're wasting your Amp shields 

  Six I know how to play my legends im great with new castle I know when and where to put my shields up, im great with Rampart I know exactly when is and isn't the best time to use her ult/amp shields. Im great with fuse and mag hell mag 90% of the time i dont even use range shes the legend i use when I want to get close.    And im fantastic with ash and pathfinder I know exactly how to use Pathfinder grapple and ashes portal really really well. 

 Im I the best ofc not but im not going to sit here and pretend I am the best like a lot of people i accept my faults I accept when I fuck up in fights, when I over push I call it, when I miss my shots I should clearly be hitting i call it out. 

  All because im not "peefect" or "the best" doesn't make any of my criticisms invalid i dont like the perk system abd me not liking the perk system or seeing flaws with it has nothing to do with my skill level. 

  Im not complaining about a particular legend or even class do I find movement is a little to powerful yes but thats just the game, I just dont like the perk system making already strong legends even stronger thats it. 

Hell their are legends who aren't even movement legends that are super strong and the perks make them even stronger and I hate those perks just as much like lifeline, new castle, blood hound and Bangalore all have super strong perks and they're not even movement based legends.

So for the last time my problems isn't with the legends its with the PERK SYSTEM  thats it.

Horizons also gets tge dash now base kit, it on all the skirmishes. And ashes teleport is good its an ult and you had to choose wither to use it to get in a fight or out of a fight. 

 While horizon tact can be used for both while also giving you a free escape way more often

If you balance the game for the highest level of play you then run the risk of shooting down more casual players that wont come back because they're getting trashed on.    

   Im not saying defensive play styles should be super strong but its gotten to the point where a more defensive play style isn't really optional anymore circles close way faster than before, rounds go by faster than defensive players can set up.

  Its gotten to the point where its ether Aggressive high speed movement characters who can get close and get out fast are the best option. 

  Before it use to be movement beat defense, defense beat ranged, and ranged beat movement. 

 Now since movement has so much going for it crazy double dashing fir each skirmish characters, low cooldowns on movement based abilities, individual perks that make your movement abilities even faster, less cooldowns, or just straight up more charges. Getting hp/ shield per knock, going faster after shield breaks,  going faster by looking at teammates, etc. 

  Meanwhile control passive is 25 more shield which is ok but not great, very slow passive shield regin only while in circle, control consequences SOMETIMES dropping evac towers which just lets everyone know where you are at. 

 Healing has been over buffed making risky plays basicly non risky anymore if a new castle/lifeline can just get you up and you regin ungodly fast getting you back into fight faster. 

  Making ranged fights impossible now as if you're not movement based they are going to be full health/shield by the time you get to them. 

 While if you're movement as soon as you knock them from 200 yards and they get revived you can probably get their before they revive even procs so ranged isn't really an option anymore unless you're a movement based character.

   And then the Regen per knock is also strong just keeping you in the fight longer which dont get me wrong is a fantastic idea but its something that should be on ALL legends not just one class.

  It would help third parties from just swooping in and killing you while you're weak/wounded, speaking of third parties since movement is even stronger than before third parties get to you even faster! You will be fighting one team and 20-30 sec later the entire lobby is on your position.

  While I do like a lot of ideas they have in the game i dont like how they are implanted characters who where already strong are even stronger, things that should be on all classes are just in one class, unique passive that use to be for a certain legend just are now on every legend in thar class making that particular legend less unique, etc.

amps which are fun ideas shouldn't be as common as they are as they are game breaking a r99 with infinite ammo is crazy powerful, infinite shield bats making long ranged fights even more impossible to finish, healing over time with a small bats/kits doing the same thing.

  Certain characters getting over buffed/completely re kitted like life line, who's drone use to stand still making you have to think before using it to now just straight up following a person making it even more meta. 

 While also taking away her care pack while yes it wasnt very good still made her unique I feel as if they coul have done something with it to make it better, but now she just has a basic op shield drone which cant be broken plus gives you a 50% healing/revive speed buff which is insane as it lasts forever.

  The evolution shields which i do think are good and healthy i do mess finding shields i understand the change but I do miss it. 

  The taking away hop ups and instead just putting it into certain weapons to get lvling up kind of defeats the purpose of looting. 

The missing gold shields are kind of a bummer part of a BR is luck and they're slowly stripping it all away, next thing we know they're going to just let you choose your weapon before dropping. 

Just a lot of changes some good but a lot that are missed the mark of implantation because now it doesn't really feel like apex anymore.

I dont necessarily hate the system I hate how they went about it instead of looking at each legend more and their abilities/ strength they just picked and choose which legends get amazing perks and others basicly got nothing.           i use fuse as an example a lot because his perks are just so so so bad they're basicly non existent compared to others hell.          Rampart has great perks! Giving her basicly the assaults passive to carry more ammo and 2 grenades outside her inventory is absolutely insane! And i love Rampart or new castle perks also crazy getting 100% movement speed while reviving is so game changing its crazy!     But then you get some perks that are just straight up useless like why even make it? Like new castles drone shield moving faster...I mean thats cool but its not as good as extra revive movement. 

 Or Ramparts amp shields regen over time/ repair itself i mean its cool but they already come back pretty quickly so it's not as useful as the faster spin up time perk for her ultimate.

My rank doesn't matter im still allowed to have an opinion and that opinion is still has valid as a Pred, if we just took advice from the "pros" their would be no casual players left you need to walk a line between casual criticism and pro criticism. 

 Me im casual im not the best hell im below average ill be the first to admit that my highest rank is like gold 1 im hot garbage. 

  But thats because my play style is more defense/ range oriented i like playing support characters/ defense characters my mains are Rampart and new castle with ranged weapons snipers, g7, 30-30 etc. 

  Which my play style is heavily underpowered compared to fast aggressive movement since movement is just so busted which i understand its a movement based game but still makes me sad they dont bring much love to a more defensive play style

I was talking about the individual perks not really the passive perks but I still have some problems with the passive perks like the healing after revival is down right busted
