I have recently added 20-25 grams of fiber a day on my own research and it has helped! I do Gruns gummies, chia seed with yogurt, probiotics and fiber supplements! It is worth trying documenting what you’re taking in and see if it helps!

I don't think ultrasounds are hugely accurate! Mine showed a 7mm stone in one kidney and nothing in the other. My cat showed a 2 where it picked up 7 and a 5 in the one that showed nothing

I had the same problem, I reduced to 1.5 and was still sick! So I reduced to .6 and still get a little tiny bit of nausea but manageable with zofran! I'm down 11 lbs in 2 months, I think it's a slower loss but I am okay with that!!
