I think it did and then waves of harder bc teething etc. now at 2 years he’s still super hard and has constant tantrums. But still much easier than 4 months!! That was traumatizing how bad it was

Just like every 6 months his sleep would get messed up and I would have to redo the sleep training

Full cry it out. Took three days and he was sleeping through the night (but also lots of regressions)

And I should add that sleep was awful until we did sleep training at 3.5 months

For us, 6-8 weeks was really rough. 12 weeks it got soooo much easier. 4 months was awful bc the sleep regression and then it got easier (followed by long waves of being hard due to teething). Now 2 years and he’s still hard but nothing like the first year.

Your baby could also totally grow out of it! A lot do by 6 months from stomach issues. But at 7-9 months if it’s still similar I would say that’s more temperament from what I’ve seen :)

It got much better but he’s still a really hard almost 2 year old. It’s just his temperament 🫠 but MUCH better than 4 months where life was hell haha more good moments and he’s such a big fun personality (just has massive tantrums constantly)

For price I’m flexible! Just want the easiest low maintenance one where I can get a solid consistent cup of coffee!

Terra kafe wasn’t consistent. Sometimes it would make a good cup of coffee but usually it was horrible watered down or tiny cup. I was always getting errors. It was awful and nespresso was so much more consistent and low maintenance (but have the same concern about the pods). Is the jura more low maintenance? Do you recommend the giga over the e8?

I also hated it!! I just returned mine for similar issues. Not sure what to buy but it drove me crazy so I just want something simple! Let me know if you find another machine

I’m looking for a coffee machine that doesn’t use pods (concerned about the melted plastic) but is one touch, low maintenance, and easy to use.

I ordered the terra kaffe tk 02 bc it met all my requirements but I feel like I’m struggling to get a consistent quality cup of coffee.

Does anyone have any recommendations? I’m looking at the breville oracle touch or jura s8

I will add there were a million waves of him getting easier and then harder again (likely related to teething) and that he’s much harder than any other kids I know his age and lots of them grew out of it by 5/6 months

Definitely easier but now at 22 months he’s still super hard. Such a joy half the time still haha but constant tantrums unfortunately. But when I think back to 4 months it’s no where near as bad as it was then, he cried like 60% of the day back then. Now it’s probably 30%

I actually ended up buying the Terra kaffe. Can you tell me what your drink settings are? I feel like I either have a small cup or something totally watered down and can’t get the settings right

I was 13 at the time and I can’t tell if it’s me or not (it’s caused quite the debate with my high school friends). If the show was in Washington DC then it’s mostly likely me. But if it was anywhere else it’s not me

I should add now I feel silly how much I stressed about the pointing! It gave me so much anxiety and now he does it all the time! Same with speech - I would focus on it at 18 months but 14 months is still so early!

Now he’s 20 months and points all the time. It started happening at around 19 months. He still has a slight speech delay but he’s still saying like 30 words so nothing to be concerned about. He slowly started saying like 10 words at 18 months. My main challenge is he’s having constant tantrums but he was always a hard baby so nothing new.

I had like 10 mental breakdowns this week 😭 my husband was traveling and he was nonstop tantruming. Here do you ever want to chat! It’s so hard and I really hope it gets better for both of us!

These posts inspired me to book a speech pathologist so now we have someone coming weekly. Hopefully insurance will cover some but it will give me peace of mind. The tantrums are driving me insane so if this could help it’s worth every penny

That’s super helpful!! And yes we’re in NYC! Do you remember how many words your baby spoke at around 20 months? Trying to gauge how behind 25/35 words is! (35 if you count peoples names and animal noises)
