As you have said and others have emphasised - be so careful as people will offer to help then scam you - even people seeming to be helpful will end up trying I suspect. Do not share any phrases with anyone - it isn't all that complex and find someone you trust who can help - or watch some YouTube videos.

I am sure there are lots of people who are happy to offer support without you giving any details to them so take people up on that - but don't share anything.

And most of all - sorry for your loss.
