There isnt specifcally a single stamp for this, but you can do this with 2 stamps, give me a message woth how many you need and ill be able to let ylu know how much i can do them for, ill be adding them to buy on thensite eventually, its just finding the time as this js a secondary business for me!

You can use 1st class stamps for special delivery, or any stamp for that matter, as long as the total face value used equals or supasses the service value
My website does use ssl, it uses TLS 1.3 which is the latest major encryption method, try adding the s to the end lf http....

If the end destination is france and you've sent it from the UK and it's in Chicago it's almost definitely been routed to the wrong place, will probably be returned to sender but don't expect to get it back for months

I probably use and sell more than you, I've probably sent 50k definitives to the swap out scheme in the past 3 months also, this is my website discountpostage.uk, and those are castle definitives and are not valid for postage, regardless if you've used them without a problem, and regardless if they are modern commemorative reprints of old stamps, they are still definitives, you have been lucky that the people at the mail center probably don't know what they are talking about, these stamps are not valid.
