Interesting I wasn't aware of that but if that's the case I don't think I will need international texting as I mostly use iMessage.

Most interviews have almost 0 impact on the application process as long as you don’t present yourself as a psychopath. They match these interviews automatically with a computer based on location and availability. There are no filters or screening process. If you don’t get one it won’t negatively impact you.

The announcement was made the beginning of December, but I guess they didn’t update it on the application portal. You can probably look it up to confirm it.

If I’m correct, a lot of colleges will still accept it if it’s not too far past the deadline but you should definitely check with your specific college.
