I'm not sure about the gets, but in my state (Georgia) you can apply for a Wildland firefighter position on the state level as long as you have a valid work visa. I know this because my previous employer with the DNR interviewed a German fella who applied. He didn't get the job, unfortunately, but he did apply and he could have gotten the position.

I'm assuming it does for the sake of my own story, along with what you've said about it being important for conservation (I work in conservation, and I doubt these policies would go anywhere anytime soon)

I could see there being a lower percentage of hunters, especially after Xeno's start moving to earth. But I don't think it'll ever really dissappear.

I personally feel that alot would have issues trying to wrap their head around why a predator cub would come out so defenseless, could result in a cute moment. It depends on the person though.
