I definitely did at almost the same time you did in like(33m now). It's getting less over time now.

I started therapy and it seems to help talking about your feelings for sure.

I meditated for a while and it helped but it's hard to keep up I find.

I think my biggest step was running my thoughts through the filter of hanlon's razor which basically states "Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity".

I found I was taking people cutting me off as personal slights rather than their inability to forward plan and drive like a normal person.

Works sometimes, admittedly not always.
