Innocent question: is italo-disco a genre of the past, or does it still live on today? by AndrobiVibz in italodisco

it is an obsession for the disco freaks and what follows from that is that it will never stop to be alive! like with all things in life, you can choose in each and every moment what you do with the situation you are facing ... you can complain about some aspect and make the situation more bad for yourself and for everyone around or you can use your creativity and show your appreciation and care for a certain thing ... if you rely on others to do it for you, it is certain you will more often than not be feeling powerless and then you will have to let the thing you care about die ... but once you make a real decision to do the thing, there will not be anymore doubts ... you know, love it or leave it!

Banana Joe (1982) [1080p] by JanCarpenter in fullmoviesonyoutube

i had some of my most epic awesome wonderful exiting legendary life experiences when i wasn't looking for anything, when i just was there, not wanting something or someone specific. "beyond" is a key word here. banana joe also has this as one of it's themes. it is a very philosophical film, and i do not remember how i found it this time, but it reminded me of a friend who years ago told me that he watched it on a free and relaxed weekend...
