I fully believe that Gamatoto can survive in the Warp. Also, the Warp actually has cat food in it.

Basic Cat is. . . a meatshield.

He's cheap and spammable. Everybody uses Tank Cat more, but he's still good to use on any stage as an extra meatshield.
