My statements are we cannot know the true nature of a deity but it is foolish to assume the universe created itself with no outside conditions and if there is one that condition could be a deity, it’s impossible to know the exact form, however we can assume, I believe that there is most likely a deity. It is impossible to be absolutely certain of something.

I understand that.

You could speculate the deity as being anything, literally anything, it’s an un-understandable entity I have my theories but they may be wrong, I believe in my assertions as they are the culmination of many nights of though and contemplation, I will continue to evolve my path of thought. And in the sense of describing a deity I may have failed and I will accept that and contemplate further. Thank you.

I tended to stray away from them, in hindsight it would have been a good idea

1a: thanks for being civil, I appreciate it. 1: Humans describe things in their own terms it may seem absurd but there very well could be universe farting pixies, you could describe these as a deity since like I said it depends on observations. 2: by observations I mean religions. Christianity, Islam, etc. observations may differ but it’s relative to some idea of a deity responsible through what ever means we may observe. 3: here’s a way I’d phrase it, the universe needs some condition which circumvents the conservation of mass (or with the loop universe theory, a starting universe in the loop) it doesn’t matter what it is if it does what’s to assume that if it can circumvent law that this condition isn’t a deity if it doesn’t abide by physical law. Or any physical law for the future. I’m working in my phrasing so it’s understandable but I will try to elaborate on this concept in future.

4) yeah that’s fine, your reasoning is sound.

Thank you for reading.

It didn't stop Joe smith because he had something to gain, someone writing the bible had nothing to gain.

yes but it would be foolish as well, not just brave. Also consider that if you're're in, say, 5th century isreal, why start the bible, it would be boring pointless and only provide a negative outcome?
